We begin a short series today from the book of Revelation, ‘The End of Everything’. Over these next four weeks we’re going to be spending time in the very last pages of the Bible, seeing where the big story of the Bible ends up – God’s new creation, the new heavens and the new earth, God and people reconciled. Within this vision we see Jesus as the bridegroom and we, the church, his bride. It’s a place of much beauty and much joy, the world as we know it re-cast into perfection: no more death or mourning or crying or pain. I’m hoping these chapters will be a great encouragement to us: knowing where were going will give us a joyful expectation for this amazing future that God has prepared for all those who love him.
