This Sunday is known as ‘Christ the King’, the crowning of the church year, remembering that Jesus rules and reigns at God’s right hand and will return one day as Lord and judge of all. We’re concluding our short sermon series in the last chapters of the book of Revelation, thinking about God’s new creation, the new heavens and the new earth. Today, on the very last page of the Bible we will focus on the hope we can have in Jesus as we wait for his return.
