This week we’re a little further into Mark’s gospel, chapter 4, where Jesus is teaching his friends and followers about God’s kingdom. Jesus teaches two parables, each one telling us something more about the kingdom and how God has designed it to grow.
One lesson tells us about God’s work and ours in this new kingdom; the other a reminder that humble beginnings do not limit the Lord’s outcomes. I hope we’ll be encouraged by Jesus and his word to us today.
