Around 90 people from the various chaplaincy churches from Menton to Marseilles gathered at the home of Peter and Shirley Massey near Lorgues on Ascension Day. We celebrated Jesus’ Ascension together with Bishop Robert Innes, who preached at the service. Afterwards everyone was urged to sit with people from other churches for the bring-and-share lunch – a great way to get to know other people.
