
The church centre was decorated with green ballons and shamrocks for the special St Patrick’s Day lunch in aid of our young people’s trip to Uganda later this year. Over 60 people ate a fantastic Irish lunch: soup, ham and ‘champ’, followed by tasty plum crumble. All served by the young people and cooked by other members of the team. Well done to everyone who cooked and served. And around €1,000 was raised, so many thanks to all who participated.
